What happens when the free contact views run out?

Orders, companies and profiles stay visible — only the contacts get hidden. To keep opening them without counting, choose any paid plan.

What happens to the days already paid for if I buy a plan early?

The new term is added to the current one instead of replacing it: paid days are not lost. If the plan you are on is more generous than the one you bought, its limits also stay until its term ends.

How are the bonus months granted?

Long periods give extra months: they are added to the term right after the payment, with no conditions. How many exactly is written on the plan card.

What can I pay with?

By card and by transfer in rubles, euro and lei, and companies can pay by invoice. The available methods are shown at checkout: each currency has its own.

Are the limits counted per account or per employee?

Per account as a whole, together with the employees you added. The numbers are not reset every month.

Do I need a plan to post orders?

No. Posting cargo and transport orders is unlimited on free access too — a plan is for viewing contacts and for automation.
