Personal Data Processing Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information about visitors and participants of the freight exchange com-stil.com is collected, why, who it is shared with, and how to opt out of its processing. The Policy applies to the website com-stil.com and all its sections.
Data controller: LLC "Moversauto Intertransport", Moldova, Tiraspol. Date of registration 27.12.2010, registration number 01-023-5372, certificate of legal entity registration № 0012814АА.
By using the website, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with it — do not use the website.
1. What data we collect
At registration: email address, phone number, type of business.
In your profile — at your discretion: name, country and city, additional phone number, Telegram, Viber, postal address, website address, personal comment, photograph.
When logging in through third-party services: if you log in through Google or Yandex, we receive from them an identifier, email address, name and link to a photograph. When logging in through Telegram — identifier, name, username and photograph; Telegram does not transmit the email address.
What you publish yourself: cargo and transport requests, ads, company cards, questions and answers, articles, presentations, CVs and job openings, reviews, messages to other participants, comments, uploaded photographs.
When paying for services: amount, currency, purpose and payment identifier. Bank card details do not go to the website and are not stored with us — they are accepted by the payment service on their side.
Automatically, when visiting the website: cookie files; anonymized presence mark (irreversible hash of IP address and browser — the IP address itself is not stored); search queries made on the website, with indication of the section, selected filters, number of results and device type; service log of actions with your account (status change, blocking, subscription).
2. Why we process data
- to give you access to your personal account and publish your requests, ads and other materials;
- so that other exchange participants can find you and contact you — this is the main purpose of the website;
- to accept payment and keep track of subscriptions;
- to send notifications about your requests, messages and subscriptions;
- to respond to your inquiries;
- to understand how visitors use the website and improve it;
- to counteract fraud, spam and violations of the rules.
3. What is visible to others
The exchange is a public platform, and part of the information is open by its very nature. It is important to understand this before registering.
Open to everyone, including unregistered visitors and search engines: your name or login, profile photo, type of business, registration date, presence mark on the website, as well as all content of your published requests, ads, company cards, articles, questions and reviews, including the cities and routes specified in them.
Email address is hidden by default and is displayed in the profile only if you enable it yourself in the settings.
Phone number, postal address and website address are opened to other participants through a contact request mechanism, including on a paid basis.
Messages between participants are not visible to outsiders.
Remember: content published on public pages can be copied by other people and stored in search engine caches — deletion on the website does not guarantee deletion of such copies.
4. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies enable login to your personal account, form functionality and remember your choice regarding cookies themselves. Without them the website does not work, so they are always set.
Analytical cookies are set by the Yandex.Metrica service. It collects anonymized information about website visits and, among other things, records actions on the page (cursor movements, scrolling, clicks, form input — "Webvisor" mode).
Analytics is enabled only with your consent. On your first visit, the website shows a notification with buttons "Accept all" and "Only necessary". If you chose "Only necessary", Yandex.Metrica is not loaded at all.
You can change your decision at any time — the "Cookies" link at the bottom of any page opens the notification again. If you decline, previously set analytical cookies are deleted.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising. Data is received only by those without whom the website cannot function:
- Yandex — collection of visit statistics (only with your consent to analytics) and login through a Yandex account;
- Google — login through a Google account; additionally, pages load fonts from Google servers, and Google receives your IP address;
- Telegram — login through Telegram;
- Gravatar (Automattic) — if you have not uploaded your photo, an irreversible hash of your email address is transmitted to the service to display a standard avatar;
- payment services — payment acceptance; card data is processed on their side;
- smtp.bz mailing service — delivery of emails to your address;
- jsDelivr content delivery network — loading of styles and formatting scripts, and the service becomes aware of your IP address;
- hosting provider — website and database hosting.
Data may be transmitted to authorized government agencies when required by law.
6. Emails and unsubscribe
Service emails — registration confirmation, notifications about your requests, messages and inquiries — are sent to all participants: without them you cannot use the website.
Digests of new requests for your directions are sent only if you have subscribed accordingly. You can unsubscribe using the "Unsubscribe" link in the email itself — it works without logging into your account — or in your personal account settings.
7. How long we keep data
Account data and materials you publish are stored as long as your account exists. Anonymized presence marks are deleted within 24 hours. Payment information is stored as long as accounting rules require. Storage periods for data in Yandex.Metrica are set by the service itself.
After account deletion, information is deleted or anonymized, except when the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data of yours we process and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate data — most information is edited directly in your personal account;
- delete your materials and account;
- withdraw consent to processing — including opting out of analytics and mailings;
- object to processing and require its limitation;
- contact the personal data protection authority or court if you believe your rights have been violated.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the feedback form. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within thirty days. To prevent us from disclosing your data to a third party, the request should be sent from your account or include information that allows us to identify you.
9. Data protection
The website operates over the secure HTTPS protocol. Passwords are stored in an irreversibly transformed form — we cannot know your password even we cannot. Access to the database is restricted to people who need it for work. Administrator actions with accounts are recorded in a log.
However, no website can guarantee absolute security. Do not publish information in public sections whose disclosure would be undesirable for you, and do not send passport data and card details through messages on the website.
10. Children
The website is intended for professional participants in the freight market and is not designed for children. We deliberately do not collect data from persons under sixteen years of age.
11. Policy changes
We may update the Policy. The current version is always available at this address; the date of the last change is indicated at the bottom of the page. We will notify you on the website or by email of any material changes.
12. How to contact us
