The most popular and largest airports are located in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Urumqi, and Sanya.

In Ukraine, cargo from China was previously accepted at Boryspil Airport, but due to military actions, air traffic over Ukraine has been closed since February 2022.
