Oversized cargo is defined as cargo whose width exceeds 2.6 m, height is more than 4 m, and length is from 22 m. Oversized does not mean small; on the contrary, it is cargo whose dimensions do not allow it to be transported in a standard vehicle.

By using the Com-Stil platform, cargo owners find urgent transportation options or plan deliveries in advance at favorable rates. Every day, transport and logistics companies leave announcements on the site, ready to quickly and safely deliver cargo from Turkey to various countries around the world.

What cargo is considered oversized

All cargo whose size or weight does not allow it to be transported in an open or closed body, that is, having non-standard parameters, is considered oversized. For their delivery, special equipment and permits are usually required, and sometimes special escort is needed.

Common examples of oversized cargo include:

• agricultural machinery (combines, seeders, cultivators, and others);
• construction equipment (tower cranes, drilling rigs, truck-mounted lifts, and others);
• industrial or energy equipment (tanks, railway machinery, rolling mills);
• pavilions, metal garages, modular houses;
• large barrels, production pipes of large diameter;
• long cargo (pipes, power line poles, rails);
• boats, yachts, motorboats.

What transport is used for delivering oversized cargo

For transporting oversized cargo from Turkey to Russia, heavy-duty trailer equipment, that is, low loaders, is usually used. They can be light (up to 25 t payload), medium (up to 45 t), and heavy (up to 110 t).

Low loaders can also be divided into several types by height: with a high frame (loading height from 1000 mm), low (850-950 mm), and with a lowered platform (400-700 mm).

Com-Stil is a universal platform for cargo owners and carriers, where you can find almost any type of cargo transport for quick delivery from Turkey to Russia.
