I see your report too lateI am in the same situation. I signed a contract on 1 June ( signed from Roman Lavrov) and I paid 3590euron 15.June.2026 - 1 week before loading. Then 3 times change of the pick up date.1. we saw the payment too late and we can not arrange it for 19.6. 2. new loading date 30.06 - lies how the driver is 200km away and will be 3h late that the plan. After 4h - new story - the driving hours of the driver are finished and he must have a break and relax of 8h, then The driver waked up relaxed and he found out that the permissions of the oversize transport are expired and must be done new one ( 2 weeks more) 3. 18.July they told me - "pick up will be next week but we will call you tomorrow to reconfirm date and hour" . Since then they don't answer of any phone calls, massages, emails.
