Rules for Posting Reviews:

• Review moderation is carried out after publication. That is, the review is first posted on the site, and then, if a moderator notices violations in it or receives a complaint, it is checked. We rely on the integrity of site users. A review must be based exclusively on the results of documented personal interaction between the author and the company being discussed. Information obtained from secondhand or thirdhand sources should not be used to write reviews.
• The administration of com-stil.com should not be the addressee of the review. We are not a regulatory body in the transport sector and are responsible only for compliance with internal site rules. Information should be addressed to the public, who will draw the correct conclusions from the review. All information in the review should come from the author or include references and documents to the sources of this information. 
• The administration of com-stil.com is not an arbitration court and does not make decisions about the truthfulness or untruthfulness of information presented in a review, and does not determine which of the parties is right. We only provide a discussion platform where each party can present its arguments and post evidence of its correctness.
• Responsibility for the content of a review rests with its author. Authors should keep in mind that, in accordance with the law, they may be subject to legal proceedings and even court action.
• It is the source of information (the post author) who is obliged to prove its authenticity. If, during discussion of a review, the opposing party makes accusations against its author, they too should have documentary evidence of the information presented. Com-stil.com is not a judicial body and does not make decisions on the merits of the dispute.
• Com-stil.com is unable to verify the information in each review. Therefore, a review can be deleted only in case of violation of the law, the User Agreement, or the Rules for Posting Reviews on com-stil.com.
• A review may be deleted by a moderator if they believe that the author is acting in bad faith, that is, the purpose of the review is not to discuss interaction with companies in the transport sector, but to cause them unjustified harm or to promote dishonest advertising. In addition, reviews containing profanity, insults, and threats aimed at inciting hatred on any grounds are deleted. What constitutes profanity is determined by the moderator; references to the fact that some letters of profane words and expressions are replaced with symbols are not accepted. If there is an enforceable court decision to refute the information in a review, the review is immediately removed from the site at the request of the vindicated party.
• Reviews of companies in which the business entity has changed are deleted after they make the corresponding changes to their profile on com-stil.com. 
• The administration initially considers all review authors to be acting in good faith. Bad faith by an author is determined based on requests from interested parties. When such a dispute arises, all its parties are obliged to present evidence of their correctness to the administration of com-stil.com and agree in advance with the decision rendered by it. The administration's decision on this matter is made on the basis of provided documentary evidence and personal judgment. 
• To legally determine the authenticity of evidence and facts of legal violations, there are judicial bodies. Com-stil.com is not one of them, cannot be brought in as a defendant in disputes between site users, and only undertakes to change information if a corresponding court decision becomes enforceable.
• All com-stil.com users have the right to post reviews and to make mistakes. However, if the site administration decides that a user is abusing these rights, it reserves the right to deprive the user of this opportunity for any period. 
• The administration of com-stil.com does not make decisions on the merits of disputes. For that, there are judicial authorities. The administration should only be contacted in case of violation of user good faith and site usage rules. Whether to engage or not engage in a discussion regarding decisions made by a moderator is decided by the administration of com-stil.com. In general, such decisions are final and are not subject to discussion. 
• In accordance with the law, com-stil.com provides review recipients with the opportunity to respond to it. For this, use the comment function under the review. Comments are moderated and may be deleted for violations of the rules. 
• Review authors have the right to withdraw their reviews.
• By posting reviews and comments on com-stil.com, authors confirm that they have read these rules and fully agree with them.

Rules for Filing and Reviewing Complaints:

• Com-stil.com users have the right to file complaints with the site administration about other users. Grounds for complaints may include: false information declared by a user during registration, a user having multiple accounts, violation of com-stil.com site rules.
• Upon receipt of a complaint, the administration of com-stil.com verifies the user's registration information and has the right to request documentary confirmation of it.
• Complaints related to non-performance of obligations, inappropriate behavior outside com-stil.com, and other similar issues are not considered by the site administration. The complainant is provided with the opportunity to post a negative review and bring it to public discussion.
• The administration of com-stil.com is not obliged to explain its decisions made on a complaint. These decisions are final and are not subject to review.
• The complainant should not abuse their right to file complaints. If baseless complaints are filed repeatedly, the administration of com-stil.com reserves the right to block this user's ability to file complaints.
• A complaint should aim to establish objective information about a user or to punish them for violations of site rules. Filing complaints for the purpose of discrediting users or promoting their competitors is not permitted. Users who have filed such complaints may lose the ability to file complaints with the administration of com-stil.com.
• The fact of using the com-stil.com site is recognized as confirmation that the user has read these rules and fully agrees with them.
