Rules for Using the Transport Website

Regulations and Rules for Using the "Smart Request" Service

This Regulations document establishes the procedure, conditions and rules for using the intelligent automatic text recognition module "Smart-request" (hereinafter — the Service) on the international transport information platform.

Use of the Service means the user's full and unconditional agreement with these Rules.

The Service is available on the page «Create Smart-request», as well as above the forms for adding cargo and vehicles.

1. Purpose and operating principle of the Service

1.1. The "Smart-request" module is designed to automate the input of information about cargo and available vehicles using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms.

1.2. The Service converts raw text of arbitrary form (from messengers Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, emails or documents) into structured cargo or vehicle cards.

1.3. The Service performs the following functions:

  • Determining the message type (Cargo or Vehicle) when "Auto-select" mode is enabled.
  • Determining the shipping category (International, Domestic, Groupage, Maritime, Rail, Air).
  • Identifying geographic points (cities, countries, loading and unloading locations).
  • Extracting weight and dimension characteristics (weight in tonnes, volume in m³), vehicle body type (curtainsider, reefer, insulated, container, etc.).
  • Recording payment terms, hazard class (ADR), loading readiness dates and contact details (phone numbers, email, names).

2. Rules for information input and technical limitations

2.1. Source text format: Text may be entered in free form in Russian or other supported languages. Use of generally accepted professional abbreviations from the logistics industry is permitted.

2.2. Batch processing: Within a single text message, the User may submit up to 10 (ten) separate requests for recognition simultaneously. Requests in the text may be separated by lists, paragraphs or line breaks. If the text contains more than 10 requests, the User must divide it into parts.

2.3. Limits and balance deduction:

  • Each successful text processing operation (clicking the "Recognize and create requests" button) deducts attempts from the User's available limit.
  • The completeness of deduction is recorded in the counter below the input field ("Requests remaining" and "Processed today").
  • A free trial package and other conditions for using Smart-requests are provided upon registration under the terms specified in the section «Services and prices».

3. Responsibility and mandatory verification (Preview)

3.1. Background nature of recognition: Artificial intelligence is an auxiliary tool for accelerating data input. The Service does not publish a request on the bulletin board automatically without the User's participation.

3.2. Obligation to verify: After text processing, the Service opens a draft form with data distributed across fields. The User is obliged to visually verify the accuracy of recognition of all key parameters (especially route, dates, weight, contacts and price) before final publication.

3.3. Limitation of liability: The platform administration is not responsible for inaccuracies, distortions or errors in the generated request resulting from incorrect source text, use of non-standard slang, typos or specific algorithmic interpretations of AI. Responsibility for the accuracy of data published on the freight exchange rests entirely with the User.

4. Prohibited use

When using the Service, the User is prohibited from:

  • Submitting texts containing deliberately false, provocative or malicious information.
  • Using automated scripts and bots for mass emulation of requests to the Smart-request form in circumvention of established interface limits.
  • Transmitting personal data of third parties in the text without their prior written consent.
  • Entering information that violates international transport legislation and dangerous goods transportation rules.

5. Moderation and support

5.1. The Administration reserves the right to block access to the Service for Users who systematically violate publication rules or attempt to use AI algorithms for spam distribution.

5.2. In case of systematic errors in recognizing standard formulations, the User may contact technical support through the section «Feedback» for retraining of the algorithm models.
